I'm perfect?
by perfect, i meant, i am perfectly fine as it is. (so, healthy. lol)
i used to have high cholesterol but that wasn't because of my weight (i weigh 140). Heart problems/attacks just runs through my family in their late 50s-60s. and, i've been in process of changing that. Especially, since we eat a lot of spicy food, i would tone it down on that. Also a good mind set is important, which, i have been reading books, traveling (my love for driving in open roadds uuunnff *^*), working out and meeting new people. Let's just say, my stress level went from extremely cautious-anxiety-danger-zone to approaching certain situations with clear mind and determination right after i graduated from high school. The things i have done after that? is a whole different story of how i become who i am right now.
My bf told me how he used to over think about his health a lot. and, it end up eats him up thinking, that he really has something.
When, he really doesn't. He went to doctors and they said he is completely fine.
Now, all he says is "I feel like i could live till im 120 years old"
i have no idea why anyone would want to live that long except be proud of this idiot. c:
But, anything could happen. million things could happen to all of us at this very second. i thank God for keeping me up and running in this world of chaos.
