I wouldn't say "couldn't". a site with no rules? brah once porn starts floating around this site along with furry sh!t then i think you are going to eat those words with the amount of traffic that this site would generate lol. then after it gets that kind of attention new stuff would be born her. it would never reach the level of madness like forchan but it would be similar.

You will not upload, post, discuss, request, or link to anything that violates local or United States law.
You will immediately cease and not continue to access the site if you are under the age of 18.
You will not post any of the following outside of /b/: Trolls, flames, racism, off-topic replies, uncalled for catchphrases, macro image replies, indecipherable text (example: "lol u tk him 2da bar|?"), anthropomorphic ("furry") or grotesque ("guro") images, post number GETs ("dubs"), or loli/shota pornography.
You will not post or request personal information ("dox") or calls to invasion ("raids"). Inciting or participating in cross-board (intra-4chan) raids is also not permitted.
All boards that default to the Yotsuba B or Burichan (blue) themes are to be considered "work safe." Violators may be temporarily banned and their posts removed. Note: Spoilered pornography or other "not safe for work" content is NOT allowed on the work safe boards.
The quality of posts is extremely important to this community. Contributors are encouraged to provide high-quality images and informative comments.
Submitting false or misclassified reports, or otherwise abusing the reporting system may result in a ban. Replying to a thread stating that you've reported or "saged" it, or another post, is also not allowed.
Complaining about 4chan (its policies, moderation, etc) on the imageboards may result in post deletion and a ban.
Evading your ban will result in a permanent one. Instead, wait and appeal it!
No spamming or flooding of any kind. No intentionally evading spam or post filters.
Advertising (all forms) is not welcome—this includes any type of referral linking, "offers", soliciting, begging, stream threads, etc.
Impersonating a 4chan administrator, moderator, or janitor is strictly forbidden.
Do not use avatars or attach signatures to your posts.
The use of scrapers, bots, or other automated posting or downloading scripts is prohibited. Users may also not post from proxies, VPNs, or Tor exit nodes.
All pony/brony threads, images, Flashes, and avatars belong on /mlp/.
All request threads for adult content belong on /r/, and all request threads for work-safe content belong on /wsr/, unless otherwise noted.
Do not upload images containing additional data such as embedded sounds, documents, archives, etc.

Anyone who regularly uses 4chan would know that most of these boards follow those rules, and if they don't, the person in question gets banned or has his/her posts deleted. There's 404's all over 4chan. The only one that no one follows is the age minimum, which applies to the majority of social networking sites anyway and is not exclusive to 4chan.

I'm learning Ruby/Rails.

Honestly if there are any ideas to enhance upon, legitimate ideas, I would be interested in hearing actual upgrades to the site, let the ideas flow and circulate so you can get the creative juices flowing.

It would be appreciated, at least for me.

I believe Luffy should make it so we can change our usernames to whatever we like. It's a fantastic addition and would definitely makes things better for the users.

AniRolePlay has it, where you can even set your name with fancy font. Not sure If it'll be trouble applying the feature or not.

"So, let me guess this straight, just because some people like myself are fans of the old FUNi dub,
they aren't true fans of DBZ? Ridiculous. Regardless of how "bad" it was, it pretty much got the main plot-points across.

Luffy needs to make a age limit to this website
When you sign up so people over 25 cant enter

This website that the problem with it
There to many people claiming to be 19 of 17 in a reality 39 years old they should be banned off the website

Luffy should make a block on this site to where hacker or other people who make to mess with people in way there it's unnecessary an uncalled for who make extra accounts shouldn't be allowed on here

1) just because someone is old doesn't mean they shouldn't be allowed to be on a website
2) both young and old people lie about their age so it's impossible to prevent that
3) how the fuck is it even possible to block a "hacker" from the site. Delineate for me how exactly would it be possible for a website to distinguish who is a hacker and who isn't a hacker, and who is a "good" hacker and a "bad" hacker. What is your criteria for a "good" user and a "bad" user and what would give you or luffy the authority to judge who is "good" and "bad"?
actually, don't contact me.
