The only one who could execute these ideas are luffy He has the power to change the site and to make it a better place. But does he utilize his power as admin? Only to fix a few bugs and add little updates that won't really benefit the site that much, but beyond that? Nothing. Do we see him interacting with the community? No. Luffy is simply the only one who can make these changes come true but doesn't do much of anything with his admin power. Skypiea is a "Second admin" but really just a mod with extra privileges with the title "Admin." Luffy didn't give her enough power to be considered an "admin." The community can come up with as many ideas as it wants, but ultimately, none of you have the power to execute these ideas and to be honest, a large percentage of this community isn't fit to be an admin of this site. The mods are very limited so there is not much they can do aside from enforcing rules and managing the forums. There's no point in coming up with ideas if none of you including the admin himself can't execute them.
That's saying you want a mindless community. Its always interesting to speculate and point out flaws.

You clearly given that idea a lot of thought.
The winner is the most adaptive one.

I clung to this exact same conclusion for quite some time and can't blame you for stating it, but consider this:

If you look hard enough you will find in this place writers, artists, people who are familiar with code, idea bringers, natural leaders. Much of the ingredients necessary to form teams and create something of value.

probably blasphemous idea to state but...
If a group could collectively decide that the site has reached it's logical conclusion, couldn't those same people come together and begin work on creating their own, using this site as the launching pad?

It's really disheartening when people write intelligent and well thought out walls of text only for you to respond with something this dumb.
